# Calendar

> Meetings, tasks and actions in one calendar — drag to move, stretch to change the duration, edit or delete from the drawer.

The **Calendar** (*Takvim* in the sidebar, shortcut `G` then `T`) shows your meetings, timed tasks, visit and trial follow-ups, deals' next steps, visit due dates and approved leave in one place. It has day, week, month and agenda views; your last view is remembered in the browser.

## Views and filters {#views}

- **Day / Week:** hour grid. What an event shows depends on its height — a 30-minute meeting is a single line (*title · time*), longer ones show title + time + company; overlapping meetings sit side by side. The now line and today are marked.
- **Month:** multi-day events (leave) are a single bar, overflow becomes *+N more*. On phones: a dotted month plus the selected day's list.
- **Agenda:** day-by-day cards.
- On the left: a **mini month**, the **calendars** (in person · online · other events · actions · visit due dates · leave — with counts, toggleable) and **Only mine**. `←` `→` move to the previous / next period.

## Drag to move {#drag}

On movable events the cursor turns into a grab hand:

| What | How |
|---|---|
| Move to another time / day | Grab the event and drop it. Time snaps to 15 minutes; the duration is kept. |
| Change the duration | Drag the handle on the meeting's bottom edge. |
| Make it all-day | Drop it on the all-day strip at the top (dropping on a day in month view also makes it all-day). |
| New meeting | Drag across empty time to select a range — the window opens with start and end. A single click opens a 30-minute meeting. |
| On phones | Press and hold the event (about half a second), then drag; or use **Change time** in the drawer. |

After every move a *Moved: Fri 10 Oct 14:00* toast appears with an **Undo** button. The record is updated on the server immediately: the meeting's time, the task's due date (and time for timed tasks), the visit / trial follow-up date, or the deal's next-step date. The change is written to the record's history and synced to iPhone if the subscription is on.

### What can't be moved? {#locked}

Locked events say why in the drawer:

- **Meetings from e-mail invitations** — the organiser changes the time; you can still edit the note, company and type (online / in person).
- Events from the shared iPhone calendar, **recurring** events, **cancelled** meetings.
- **Completed** tasks or follow-ups, steps of closed deals.
- **Visit due dates** — calculated from the last visit, they move on their own as visits are logged.
- Someone else's record — only the owner or an admin can change it.

## The drawer: edit, complete, delete {#drawer}

Clicking an event opens a drawer from the right (from the bottom on phones):

- **Change time:** date and time fields — same result as dragging.
- **Edit** (meetings you added yourself): title, type (in person · online · other), meeting link, location, company, note, start and end or all-day. **Ctrl + Enter** saves.
- **Edit task** / **Complete:** opens the task window or completes the work.
- **Delete:** confirmed on the second click; a deleted meeting comes back with the same details via **Undo**. Events from invitations or the iPhone calendar can't be deleted here (they would come back on the next sync).

## iPhone calendar {#iphone}

**Add to iPhone** opens your personal calendar subscription (your tasks, follow-ups and meetings). Moves and edits you make in the calendar reach the iPhone on the next sync.
