# Fair dashboard

> A live dashboard for every trade fair and a comparison of all fairs — lead → sales funnel, interest and follow-up status, product / sector / city charts, reps, fair cost and return; leads behind every number, Play and video.

The fair dashboard shows how the leads you collected at a trade fair turn into sales. It opens in two places: the dashboard of all fairs at the top of the **Fair leads** page, and each fair's own dashboard when you click its name (formerly *Fair analysis*). Numbers count up, charts draw when they scroll into view and rows appear one after another; if your operating system reduces motion there's no animation.

## Leads behind every number {#drill}

Click (or press `Enter` on) a tile, a funnel step, a chart bar / slice (or a donut legend row) or a number in the rep table and **the leads behind that number** open on the right — the list always has exactly as many records as the number you clicked. A row opens the lead; you can search the list. Lists that show an amount (won, project) show the linked project's value and stage per row; others show the monthly potential and interest. Interest and rep lists have an **Open in list** button that opens the fair's lead list with the same filter.

## A fair's dashboard {#fair}

The header has a fair picker (switches to another fair), **All fairs**, **Play**, **Video**, **Lead list** and **Lead entry**.

| Section | Content |
|---|---|
| **Tiles** | Leads (days, average per day) · Hot leads (%) · Moved to CRM (%, projects opened) · Won (amount, hit rate) · Overdue actions (pending, hot / warm with no action). |
| **Lead → sales funnel** | Lead → Potential → Moved to CRM → Project opened → Won; each step shows the rate from the previous step, monthly potential quantity, project value and won amount. |
| **Highlights** | A short summary: interest split, moves to CRM, delays, return, most requested product, time to move to CRM. |
| **Cost and return** | Fair cost, cost per lead (and per hot lead, per lead moved to CRM), won ÷ cost and open pipeline ÷ cost. |
| **Charts** | Interest · Follow-up status · Leads by day (with interest) · Products of interest · Sector · City · Project type · Timing · Time from meeting to CRM (visitor type if nothing was moved yet). |
| **By rep** | Leads by owner: leads, hot / warm / cold, potential, moved to CRM, projects, won, pending and overdue actions, leads entered — every number is clickable. |
| **Hot leads · Pending actions** | Open hot leads with their follow-up status (overdue first) and pending actions by date. |

### Funnel steps {#funnel}

Each step is a subset of the previous one (*furthest step reached*):

| Step | A lead counts if… |
|---|---|
| **Lead** | It was entered at the fair (all). |
| **Potential** | Its visitor type is *Potential customer* or it was moved to CRM. |
| **Moved to CRM** | It became a prospect company (+ person) — a company or project is linked. |
| **Project opened** | It's linked to a sales project. |
| **Won** | The linked sales project was won (*Win*). |

Project value and won amount are the yearly values of the projects opened from the leads (base currency). If two leads are linked to the same project, the project counts once.

### Follow-up status {#follow-up}

Each lead falls into exactly one status (total = lead count): **Won** (project won) · **In a project** (project open) · **Action planned** (next action not due yet) · **Action overdue** (due date passed) · **No action** (no project, no planned action) · **Lost / dropped** (project lost or cancelled, or the lead was dropped).

## Fair cost and return {#cost}

Admins enter the fair's cost (booth, travel, accommodation, print… — in the base currency) in three places: the **New fair** form, the fair's ✎ edit row in the list, and the **Cost and return** box on the dashboard (*Edit cost*). Turkish number formatting such as `250.000` works; clearing the field and saving removes the cost. Reps see the cost and return but can't change them.

| Measure | Calculation |
|---|---|
| **Cost per lead** | Cost ÷ leads (also per hot lead and per lead moved to CRM). |
| **Won ÷ cost** | Yearly value of projects won from the fair's leads ÷ cost — the *return*. |
| **Open pipeline ÷ cost** | Value of still-open projects opened from the fair's leads ÷ cost. |

On the all-fairs dashboard the return is calculated only from fairs that have a cost (*2 / 3 fairs have a cost*).

## All fairs {#all}

At the top of the **Fair leads** page: a year picker (**All** or the fairs' years), tiles (leads, hot, moved to CRM, won, return), the lead → sales funnel, **Leads by fair** (with interest), **Results by fair** (won · open pipeline), **Cost per lead** (fairs with a cost; lower is better), highlights (the fair that won the most, the lowest cost per lead) and cost / return. The **Fairs** list below shows each fair's leads, interest split, potential, moves to CRM, won · return, pending actions and reps; click a fair's name to open its dashboard.

## On the phone {#mobile}

In the mobile app (3.1), the board icon at the top right of Fairs opens the all-fairs board and the one in a fair's lead list opens that fair's board; every tile, funnel step and chart slice opens its leads from the bottom. [Mobile app](/en/guides/mobile#app)

## Play and video {#motion}

**Play** runs the dashboard full screen as a short animation: who you met, the lead → sales funnel, interest, leads by day (leads and results by fair on the all-fairs dashboard), products of interest, follow-up status, cost and return, reps. **Video** downloads the same animation as MP4 / WebM. On a phone the buttons are under **⋯** in the header. [Play and video](/guides/dashboards#motion)
