# Menu and inbox

> A calm sidebar — 8 main pages, Records, More; pinning and ordering pages (Settings › Menu); one inbox for notifications, comments and approvals; Reports and Automation tabs.

The sidebar starts with the pages you use every day; everything else is one click away. No page was removed — only moved.

## Main menu {#main}

Default order: **Today · Actions · Notes · Emails · Calls · Calendar · Reports · Automation**. Pages outside your plan or permissions don't show.

- **Reports** is a single entry: tabs at the top switch between **Dashboard · Pipeline · Forecast · Dashboards · Reports**. Whichever you open, *Reports* stays selected in the sidebar.
- **Automation** is **Workflows · Email sequences** for admins and email sequences for sales users.
- **More** opens the pages you have hidden (Canvases, Dashboards, Comments, Approvals …). Its open / closed state is remembered in your browser.
- To move a page from **More** to the main menu, hover it and click the pin on the right; hide a main-menu page in [Settings › Menu](#settings).

## Records {#records}

**Companies · People · Opportunities** and your custom objects (e.g. *Production lines*). Offers, Orders, Contracts, Visits, Trials, Support and Fair leads sit under **N more record types**; use the pin to bring them forward. Your lists have their own section.

## Settings › Menu {#settings}

**Settings → Menu** (Personal) shows two lists: **Main menu** and **Records**. Drag rows by the handle (touch too; ↑ ↓ on the keyboard with the handle focused), show or hide them with the switch, then **Save**. **Reset to default** restores the order. The setting is personal — your teammates' menus don't change.

## Inbox {#inbox}

The **inbox** button next to search collects notifications, comment threads addressed to you and requests waiting for your approval; the badge is unread notifications + open mentions + pending approvals. Tabs at the top: **Notifications · Comments · Approvals**. Each notification shows its kind (mention, task, approval, win …) and time; unread ones are bold.

## Look {#look}

The sidebar is light grey with a thin divider and the page is white; icons are monochrome — colour stays only on record icons (company, person, opportunity …) and the primary button. Same layout in dark mode. Theme and accent colour are in **Settings → Appearance**.
