# A company's activity feed

`GET /api/v1/customers/{id}/activity`

Everything on the company in one feed, newest first: e-mail, calls and SMS, WhatsApp, meetings and recordings, quotes and orders, notes, comments, tasks, stage and value changes, alerts. Row: `id` (stable event id, e.g. `offer:12`), `at`, `date`, `exact_time` (whether the time is known), `kind`, `group`, `group_label`, `title`, `detail`, `note`, `by`, `via` (where the record was entered: `mobile` · `app` · `api` · `mcp` · `mail` · `pbx` · `form` · `hook` · `flow` · `system` · `ai` · `wa`; `null` when unknown), `via_label`, `opportunity_id`, `estimated_opportunity` (the opportunity link is a guess), `url`, `planned`, `state`, `badge`, `next_action` (`label`, `date`, `state`), v92: `highlight` (stage move, value / date change, win score change, e-mail direction — type in `t`; otherwise `null`). Response: `items`, `planned` (planned work), `more`, `cursor` (pass as `before` for the next page), `total`, `counts` (per group), `groups`, `stamp`.
