# Add a share to a record

`POST /api/v1/share`

`multipart/form-data`: a note and up to 10 files (15 MB each; allowed types as for web attachments) on the chosen record. Subject, sender, date and body of `.eml` files go into the note; the note ends with *shared from phone*. Rejected files are listed in `warnings`. `kind`: `customer`, `opp`, `ticket`, `contract` or `contact` (to the contact's company). Advanced / Enterprise plans only.
