Archive / unarchive

Moves the note to the archive or back (v49). An archived note isn't deleted: it's hidden from lists, record cards and starred notes, listed with ?archived=1 and still opens by id (archived: true). Author or admin only; the note's 'last edited' date doesn't change. /me → caps.note_archive.
