Dashboard
Sales performance on one screen — visit efficiency, hit rate, won amount against quota, average time to close, the visit-to-win flow, the rep table with a company-by-company breakdown, and portfolio health.
The Dashboard shows where the team and each rep produce results: are visits turning into opportunities, are opportunities being won, where is the quota, is the portfolio looked after. The day's work is not here — overdue items, today's meetings and tasks live on Today, the full work list on Actions. Sidebar → Dashboard (shortcut G then D); an admin sees the whole team, a rep only themselves.
Period
The selector at the top sets the period: Last 30 days, Last 90 days (default), This month, This quarter, This year. For calendar periods (month · quarter · year) the quota is taken for the whole period and N days to period end is shown; for day windows (30 · 90) the quota is prorated from the monthly quotas by the share of each month inside the window. An admin can narrow to a single rep from the list at the top right — the tiles, the flow, the table and the chart are then computed for that rep.
Tiles
| Tile | How it is computed |
|---|---|
| Visit efficiency | Productive visits ÷ evaluated visits. A visit counts as productive when, within the next 30 days at the same company, a new opportunity is opened, an opportunity advances a stage (or is won), a trial is run, a quote is issued or an order is taken. Visits younger than 30 days are pending and are left out of the rate. |
| Hit rate | Won ÷ (won + lost) over opportunities closed in the period; cancellations are shown separately and not counted. Same figure as the opportunity board. |
| Won | Annual value of the opportunities won in the period (base currency) and its share of the quota. If no quota is set, the admin is pointed to Forecast → Rep quotas. |
| Avg. time to close | Average days from start to close for won opportunities; next to it the opportunities open today, their value and the stalled ones (stage SLA expired or no activity for 14+ days). |
Visit statuses
Every visit gets one of five statuses according to the opportunity movement at the company:
- Productive — a new opportunity, stage advance, trial, quote or order within 30 days.
- Pending — the visit is less than 30 days old; the outcome is not known yet.
- Follow-up — an open opportunity existed at the company on the visit day, but nothing advanced within 30 days.
- First contact — first visit to the company, no opportunity opened within 30 days.
- Empty — the company had no opportunity and none was opened within 30 days.
The colours are fixed (green · amber · blue · grey · light grey); the dots in the table and the monthly chart use them. The efficiency rate counts the four statuses other than pending; first-contact and follow-up visits lower it too — introductions and follow-ups are necessary, but when they produce no opportunity, the rate says so.
Flow of the period
Visits → Companies → Opportunities → Trials → Quotes → Won. The first step is the number of visits, the rest are company counts: companies visited, companies where an opportunity was opened or advanced, companies with a trial, companies that received a quote, companies won. Each step's percentage is relative to the companies visited (the Companies step is relative to visits). A drop shows where you lose: many visits but few opportunities means aimless meetings; many quotes but few wins points at price, competition or follow-up.
Rep table and the company-by-company breakdown
Each row is a rep: visits (by type), companies visited, the efficiency bar with status dots, opportunities opened and advanced in the period, trials (positive / negative), quotes, won amount and count (with average days to close), hit rate, quota, opportunities open today and stalled ones, portfolio (companies owned, visits overdue, companies with an opportunity but no visit for 90+ days). Rows are sorted by won amount.
Clicking a row opens a panel on the right (bottom sheet on phones): the companies the rep visited in the period, one by one — each visit's date, type, topic and status; the opportunity movements at the company (new opportunity, stage, trial, quote, order); open opportunities and their value; the next action written on the last visit (with a warning when none is written). Companies that need attention — empty and follow-up visits — come first. Below, the panel lists companies with an opportunity that were not visited in the period. Full page opens the same breakdown on its own page (/dashboard/rep/<user>); a rep can open only their own.
Chart, portfolio and week
- Visit outcomes — the last 6 months (the period's months in the year view) as stacked columns by status.
- Portfolio health — companies with an overdue visit, companies with an opportunity but no visit for 90+ days, stalled opportunities; the numbers link to the lists.
- This week — visit and face-to-face targets (per-person target in Settings × number of reps), tasks closed, the weekly forecast submission.
Classic dashboard
The old dashboard with work lists remains at /dashboard?klasik=1 (KPI cards, pending actions, visit reminders, weekly targets). The guided tour and the menu go to the new page.
On the phone
In the mobile app (2.3) Menu → Dashboard opens the same screen: period choice, the four indicators, visit outcomes, the flow, reps (tap for the company-by-company breakdown), portfolio health and this week. Using Solk on a phone
