Workspace export
Download all CRM data as one ZIP with a CSV file per table — for backups, analysis, or moving to another system.
Settings → Export (admins only) writes all of the workspace's data into a ZIP package. Your data is yours: the package opens in Excel and can be loaded into a data warehouse or another CRM.
Preparing the package
- Pick a separator: Semicolon (opens directly in Turkish-locale Excel, decimal comma) or Comma (international tools, decimal point).
- Optionally:
- Email bodies and call transcripts — email bodies and call recording transcripts / insights (makes the package larger).
- Uploaded files — files attached to records, in a
dosyalar/folder (up to 500 MB; files beyond that are listed but not included). - Click Start export. The package is prepared in the background; the page shows Download when it's ready.
Packages are kept for 7 days, then deleted from the server. Every download is written to the audit log.
What's in the package
One CSV per table (UTF-8 with a BOM for Excel) and a BENIOKU.txt describing the contents. File names are Turkish:

Name, username, email, role, department, last sign-in |
Records link to each other through id columns (kisiler.customer_id → firmalar.id). Amounts are in the record's own currency; the currency column sits next to them.
Not included: password hashes, two-step verification secrets, API keys and access tokens, mailbox and app connection keys, organization settings.
Other ways
- To get one filtered table, use Excel in a table view.
- For continuous sync, the REST API or webhooks.
- Full database backups are the installation's own daily backups; an export doesn't replace them — it's a readable copy.
