Table views and lists
Filter, sort and bulk-update companies, people and opportunities in a table or kanban; track records in staged lists.
Companies, people and opportunities each open in a table view: the columns you choose (custom fields included), filters, sorting, kanban and bulk actions on one screen. Lists are separate boards that collect records for a purpose — "Q4 target companies", "Call after the trade fair" — with their own stages and fields, without changing the record itself.
Table views
In the sidebar: Customers ("Müşteriler"), People ("Kişiler"), Opportunities ("Fırsatlar"); or the Table view button on the Customers / Opportunities pages. The addresses are /v/customer, /v/contact, /v/opp.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| Search | Filters by name as you type |
| Filter | Field + condition + value; several filters combine with and. Conditions depend on the type: contains, equals, not equal, at least, at most, empty, set |
| Sort | Ascending / descending by any column |
| Columns | Choose the visible columns; custom fields are marked · custom. On the opportunity and people views the company's custom fields (Company: …) can be added too |
| Table / Kanban | Kanban columns come from a select, user or checkbox field (stage for opportunities, status for companies, owner, or a custom select field) |
System views are ready (All companies · My companies · Active customers · Visit overdue; Open opportunities · My open opportunities · Stage board · Won; All people · Main contacts · Contacts of my companies). Save your own layout under a name; admins can share a view with the team. The state of the view lives in the address — anyone you send the link to sees the same table (within their own visibility).
Moving cards on the kanban
Dragging a card to another column updates that field. For opportunity stages the stage gates still apply — a move that breaks the rules is refused with the reason. Up to 60 cards are shown per column; use filters for more.
Bulk actions
Select records with the checkboxes (the top checkbox selects the whole page). The bar at the bottom offers:
- Update field — sets one field (custom fields included) on all selected records. Invalid options or formats are refused.
- Tag — adds a tag.
- Add to list — adds the selection to a list (records already in it are skipped).
- Excel — exports only the selected records.
- Merge — with 2 to 5 records selected, opens the merge page.
Bulk actions check edit rights record by record; records you cannot edit are skipped and counted.
Export to Excel
The Excel button writes the visible columns with the current filters to a file. The existing Excel exports of the Customers and Opportunities pages now include custom fields as columns too.
Lists
Create a list from the Lists page (/lists) or the Lists section of the sidebar: name, object (company · person · opportunity) and optional stages ("Research, Talk, Proposal, Not a fit").
- Adding records — select them in a table view and choose Add to list, or use the Lists card on a company / opportunity record. New entries start in the first stage.
- List stage — drag cards on the list's Stage board tab, or change it from the record card. It is independent of the opportunity's own sales stage.
- List fields — in List settings, add fields that exist only in that list (text, number, currency, date, select, checkbox, user) — "Priority", "Follow-up note". They do not appear on the record itself.
- Columns — a list page is a table view as well: record fields, custom fields, list stage, list fields, added by and added on can be shown, filtered, sorted and exported together. Saved views can be created per list.

A list never bypasses record visibility: in team mode a company you cannot see does not show up in a list either. Deleting a list removes only its entries; companies, people and opportunities stay. When records are merged, their list entries move to the record that is kept.
