Using Solk on your phone
Solk on your phone — the mobile app (iOS / Android) and the phone browser: bottom bar and the New menu, notes, approvals, call recording, adding to the home screen; modules outside your plan and speed.
Solk opens on your phone at the same address (https://<company>.solk.app). Below 720 pixels the layout is simplified for phones; on tablets the sidebar moves into a drawer.
Mobile app (iOS / Android)
The Solk phone app (2.1) follows the web layout: Today · Actions · + New · Companies · Menu in the bottom bar. On the sign-in screen enter your installation address (company.solk.app) and your web username and password; if two-step verification is on you are asked for the code too.
- Instant start: screens open right away with the last data stored on the phone and refresh in the background; without a connection a Showing the last saved data banner appears.
- Today: Log a call, Today · Tomorrow, To-dos (tap the circle to complete), requests awaiting your approval, recently viewed records, the week's targets.
- + New: log a call, visit, task, note, call recording, email, event, company, opportunity, leave / request — only what your plan and permissions include.
- Notes and comments: use Mention while writing a note to add a teammate, who is notified; reply to or resolve record comments.
- Approvals: Menu → Approvals shows what awaits your decision, your requests and your decisions; + opens a leave, expense or purchase request (the fields match the list, leave working days are calculated automatically).
- Call recording: Call recording on a company card or under + New → start recording; when you stop, the audio uploads to your installation and the recording page refreshes itself once the transcript and summary are ready. Tell the other party before you start. Call recording
- Quick Entry (2.1): the web's templates and blocks on the phone too — template choice, contact chips, suggestions from the note, natural-language dates (perşembe, haftaya), actions to close; Undo after saving. Quick Entry
- Custom objects (2.1): mobile-enabled objects under Menu → Records (e.g. Production lines): list, search, record page, new record; linked records on the company card. Custom objects
- For managers: Menu → Pipeline (open amount, period flow, at-risk deals) and Forecast (month · quarter · year, Commit / Best Case against target, reps).
Modules outside your plan are hidden in the app too; admins see a single Upgrade plan row in the Menu.
Bottom bar
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Today | Today's work, meetings and what needs attention |
| Actions | Tasks and next actions (Opportunities if the module is off) |
| + New | A bottom sheet: log a call (Quick entry), task, note, email, company, contact, opportunity, event, call recording |
| Companies | The companies table |
| Menu | All pages and settings (the sidebar) |
The top bar shows the page name, Search (command palette), notifications and your account. Page headers show only the main action; the rest are under ⋯ in a bottom sheet.
Sheets and lists
- Task, note, email and other windows open from the bottom of the screen; swipe down or tap outside to close.
- Notice banners fold to two lines; tap a banner to read it in full.
- The Opportunities list shows card rows (opportunity · amount · company · stage); filters sit behind the Filter button and stage boxes scroll sideways.
- Wide tables (Companies, Emails, Pipeline) scroll sideways inside their frame; the page always scrolls vertically — long email bodies fold, Show all opens them.
- Text fields are 16 pixels, so the iPhone doesn't zoom in when you tap them.
Add to your home screen
To open Solk full screen like an app:
- iPhone (Safari): open your company address → Share → Add to Home Screen.
- Android (Chrome): open your company address → ⋮ → Add to Home screen (or Install app).
The icon opens Solk on Today; on Android, long-press the icon for Quick entry and Actions shortcuts.
Modules outside your plan
Modules your plan doesn't include (for example Demos, Sales forecast, Support, Contracts, Email automation and Call recording on Essentials) are hidden from menus, the New menu, the Dashboard and Today. Admins see a single Upgrade plan entry in the sidebar (under Menu on phones); hovering lists the modules outside the plan. Plans and subscriptions
Speed
The shared styles and scripts are separate files; your browser downloads them once and keeps them, so later pages only fetch the page itself (compressed, 15–35 KB on most pages). When your installation is updated the file names change and the browser fetches the new ones automatically.
